Lesia is Ukrainian and came to Switzerland in early 2022 after the Russian invasion of her home country. She works in design development at RUBI. In the photo project "First Impressions" she presented her view of Switzerland—the photos now adorn our office walls. Lesia has experience as a lecturer, managed a public organisation and was involved in the creation of popular science films about Ukrainian scientists. In the video project "Lesia on the train" she shares her impressions of the Swiss railway. In her spare time, Lesia teaches yoga.
