Railtec Lab

The shortage of skilled workers has reached the railway sector. Fewer and fewer specialists are familiar with the different, complex technical facilities of railway technology. This expertise is sorely needed for planning and constructing of reliable, durable and safe railway systems.

RUBI Railtec's railtec lab provides a remedy. Within four hours, we work together with a group of employees, managers and/or board members as well as politicians on the basics of railway technology in theory and practice using real cases. We cover all areas of railway technology: track, overhead contact line, cables, access to the railway, signalling systems and points heating, as well as their interrelationship. On request, we are happy to work out sequences for other types of installations. In addition, we address operational and safety-relevant aspects.
